Day to Day

  • Responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to meet and achieve team targets for pipeline and sales sourced opportunities
  • Responsible for attracting and retaining top sales talent to continue to grow the team and drive revenue goals
  • Continue to enhance and manage a world class onboarding program for new junior sales talent
  • Coach and mentor direct reports
  • Provide team building opportunities, provide continuous learning and development sessions, and motivate team to exceed targets

Must Haves

  • 2-3 years of outbound SDR SaaS experience calling into Enterprise accounts
    • Track-record of over-achievement
  • 1-2 years of managing a SDR team or being a high performing Team Lead
  • Solid understanding of SaaS concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build a bench of potential talent for future positions
