Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help build and maintain a strong a customer base for the business. The successful candidate ideally possesses a Degree or Diploma in a business related field, and/or has substantial related work experience. They have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment where priorities continually change. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is high energy, and has the ability to learn and grow in the business and industry. They have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, are computer savvy, and maintain professional phone and email etiquette. Candidates must be able to travel to the United States for the 1-week initial training.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Placing outbound calls to new and existing accounts to identify opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintaining up to date and accurate notes and activities in the CRM.
- Providing information, terms, and quotes to customers.
- Building strong relationships and customer loyalty with exceptional sales and service.
- Collaborating with office and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of orders.
- Processing orders and resolve customer issues quickly.
- Working with the outside sales team to coordinate and increase market share.
