Our client is a national organization supplying technical products to the Natural Gas industry sector. They are recognized for their strong customer service, quality products and ability to deliver.
As a result of growth, we are currently in an active search for an Inside Sales Representative for the company’s Calgary regional office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and processing incoming calls and orders
- Entering orders into system
- Developing knowledge base on current products and new products
- Providing quotations and product information
- Troubleshooting (freight problems, expediting etc.)
- Responding to inquiries
- Other responsibilities as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in an inside sales and customer service role
- A new grad from a technical post secondary program will also be considered
- A background in selling industrial and commercial products is an asset.
- Strong business and technical acumen and professional approach to offering effective services and solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Strong team player with the willingness to be involved in multiple aspects of the business
Remuneration for this position will consist of a base salary of $60-65K commensurate upon experience, in addition to a company profit share and full benefit program including RRSP matching.
