Compensation: Base $70k  OTE $215k

Our client has a unique opportunity for a motivated, self-reliant hunter to focus on selling solutions that enable organizations to shift from a remote to a hybrid workplace. They are looking for ambitious Enterprise Account Executives to help to help them grow across Canada.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the sales process from prospecting to close with the ultimate goal of acquiring new customers to their already impressive list of Fortune organizations.

You’re a builder who is obsessed with increasing the sales pipeline, serving the customer, constantly learning, and finding ways to improve.

What you will do;

  • Qualify marketing developed leads along with owning your own personal prospecting to maintain a 3x pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute your strategic account and territory plan.
  • Set personal goals and follow a plan to achieve them with precision.
  • Properly qualify opportunities

 

What you need to do it;

  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
  • YA love for prospecting
  • The ability to tell compelling stories rather than scripted sales pitches.
  • The drive to thrive on change and hyper growth.
  • You pride yourself on your accountability.
    • You set and hit goals every day.
  • No fear, bring-it-on attitude
  • Pride – you need to be the best at what you do.
