Located in the Fraser Valley, our client is a CPG company looking to add a website-focused Digital Marketing Coordinator to their growing team! The Digital Marketing Coordinator will have the unique and exciting opportunity to develop creative solutions across the marketing strategy and bring their brand to life online.

You really shine through your strong project management skills, and attention to detail that help to manage an efficient and effective digital ecosystem for the brands; HTML Coding Experience is also an asset. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with website development partners, support agencies, and the entire Marketing team to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.


On a day-to-day basis, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Website Management:
    • Overseeing website development projects with agency partners & internal web developer, from briefing to completion – including new product additions, landing page development, copy updates, micro-sites and campaigns support
    • Working with agency partners to provide regular maintenance and oversight to all North American and International websites
    • Working with the Marketing Services & Brand teams to analyze metrics and identify key opportunities to optimize the user experience and fine-tune each website to generate user engagement
  • Creative Support:
    • Using Photoshop to assist in the creation of website assets
    • Using HTML coding experience to assist in the development of website assets
    • Copy editing and providing creative writing support to the content strategy
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Provides reports and analysis on specific digital executions for Marketing team members as required

Technical Fluency

  • Proven experience with Google Analytics to pull reports, analyze data and setup custom reporting as required
    • Certification in Google Analytics or Google AdWords is considered an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress/Drupal or equivalent CMS platform
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing tool
  • Experience with managing marketing automation tools
  • 1-2 years coding experience working with HTML, Java, CSS or equivalent is considered an asset

Interpersonal Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; likes to manage multiple tasks at once – the faster the pace the better
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Copywriting and editorial experience are considered an asset
