Customer Success Manager – Remote

Summit Search Group has partnered with a global social media organization who is young, fun and entrepreneurial – together we are looking to add a new Customer Success Manager to a fully remote team. This growth position will be key in ensuring their clients’ needs are met and that the organization is delivering the best service possible at all times. Your goal will be to retain and grow their business by identifying and implementing services that will help these large global clients meet their goals!

 

You will need to be a strategic thinker whose knowledge of social best practices and emerging technology and trends will be at the heart of your ability to respond creatively to client briefs, aiming to become their go-to social expert. With a strong grasp of budget and project management, you will have overall responsibility for the efficient running of your accounts and continued growth of the organization’s reputation of quality.

 

Your Day to Day

  • Understanding digital brand needs to help grow the value and stickiness of your accounts.
  • Regular client account reviews, status meetings and presentations.
  • Ensuring delivery of client activity reports.
  • Advising clients on social media strategy.
  • Ensuring all client KPIs are met and overseeing our quality of service via shadowing and other methods.
  • Set-up and implementation of social media projects.
  • Maintaining Salesforce and work with others on proposals and SOWs.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of social media trends and advocate best practice.
  • Working in partnership with other client agencies – media, creative and PR.
  • Contribution to new business pitches.
  • Working with senior management to shape the strategic offer.

 

What you Bring

  • A minimum of 1-2 years hands on Social Media Account Management Experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years hands on Social Media Strategy Experience
  • Experience with community management and reporting, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Social Studio preferred.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with engaging presentation skills.
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of account ownership & pride in work.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor, & respond to changes quickly in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Workable understanding of regulatory organizations for advertising and digital promotion.
  • Awareness of current social media trends.
  • Must be able to speak and write in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of proficiency in written communication.
