Client Enablement Manager
Our client, a national Managed-Solutions provider who has been established for 30 years is looking for a Client Enablement Manager to join their dynamic, exponentially growing team. Our client supports the growth of their client’s business by developing solutions and stewarding technology-driven initiatives.

What does the role entail?
- Build strong relationships with senior sales and operational client team members
- Identify needs, collaborate on challenges and assess value-add solutions to improve client productivity
- Work with the client to communicate, train and manage workflow and operational changes during implementation and evolution phases of projects
- Leverage data reporting and gather insights from data to support KPI measurement
- Innovate, design and consult on current and future enablement platforms
- Develop and drive strategic projects by understanding business goals and pain points and developing business requirements across stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and subject matter experts on solutions and develop project plans
What are we looking for?
- A post-secondary education in technology, digital development, business, or other relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a digital, technology, analyst or project management role.
- Prior experience in data management and/or technology solution development
- Proven relationship management and client leadership skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and deal tactfully with clients and customers.
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Analytical with data-driven decision-making skills
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Self-driven and results-oriented
