Administrator – Fredericton
Our client, a successful corporation for over 100 years in Canada is recognized by their customers as the “distributor of choice” in the construction market.
They are seeking an Administrator for their Industrial branch who wants to work in a challenging and varied team position. In this position you will be required to answer phones and emails, follow up on vendor warranties, deal with cash transactions, customer credit and inventory controls. From providing superior customer service to dealing with order entry or customer claims this is a busy role. You must be an energetic individual with a positive attitude!
To be considered for this position, completion of a Business/Office Administrative program and experience in Office Administration are required. Exceptional written and oral communications skills and computer skills are a must, and the ability to work independently and multitask in a team environment is essential. Customer service experience is required, as are outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
