To drive their next stage of growth they are adding an energetic, results-oriented remotely based Account Manager to focus exclusively on their Enterprise Accounts in the F1000. In this role you will generate up-sell and cross-sell business along with retention efforts to a range of large enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed sales objectives within assigned accounts.
  • Build & strengthen assigned accounts.
  • Utilize retention strategies to retain existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver effective account reviews & demonstrations to expand the use of company solutions within their business.
  • Work with CSMs to ensure your customers are getting more value out of our products and BDRs to identify new & expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Develop and foster long-term relationships with users and managers in assigned accounts.
  • Prepare offers, proposals, product presentations, and other general sales-related activities.

Your Background

  • 2+ year of experience in B2B sales.
    • Ideally with medium/large enterprises in US and/or Europe.
  • Experience selling a technical solution (IT, Security or Dev/Engineering) would be an asset.
  • Post-Secondary education/diploma in sales, marketing, business, or other related field
  • Goal & Outcome oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work in self-directed and multi-task.
  • Self-motivated, driven to hit sales targets and satisfy customers.
  • Proactive, resourceful, strong attention to detail.
