With operations in Canada and the U.S., and exports to over 70 countries, this organization has built a long-standing reputation for innovation, quality, and reliability.
For more than 40 years, they have specialized in advanced grain cleaning, material handling, and dust control systems—serving both large-scale commercial processors and smaller on-farm operations. The Opportunity
The Sales Representative will act as a primary point of contact for customers’ equipment and order requirements, while supporting quoting, pricing, and product sourcing activities. This position will primarily focus on inside sales with opportunities for customer visits and occasional travel to trade shows across Canada and the U.S.
The ideal candidate will bring a practical understanding of grain or seed cleaning operations—someone who has worked with this type of equipment and is ready to apply that technical knowledge in a sales and customer relationship capacity.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key contact for customers regarding equipment orders, quotes, and delivery timelines.

Receive and review purchase orders to confirm job specifications, blueprints, pricing, and required delivery details.

Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and estimates for customers.

Manage order entry, including inventory items, cost, and scheduling requirements.

Collaborate with operations, engineering, and business development teams to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up on customer issues and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.

Participate in trade shows and occasional travel to customer sites (primarily in the U.S. and Western Canada).

Maintain ongoing relationships with repeat customers and proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

Support administrative functions related to pricing, documentation, and sales tracking.
Qualifications & Experience

Post-secondary education in business, commerce, or agriculture considered an asset.

2+ years of experience in seed, grain, or agricultural equipment—either in an operational, technical, or sales role.

Familiarity with grain cleaning, handling, or processing systems.

Previous exposure to sales, quotations, or customer service within an industrial or agricultural equipment environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Quantis or ERP systems an asset.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Willingness to travel periodically within Canada and the U.S. (limited overnight travel).
